My future Job
My dream job is, today, the work I do.
I studied in parallel two careers, philosophy and musical composition, and my great desire was to work as a piano teacher and as a researcher and advisor to researchers and students.
I work at home, I receive students in a specially enabled room where I have the piano, a Twinings tea box to offer, many scores, books and blackboard. (If they don't want tea, there is coffee, and cappuccino it's my speciality)
My students come from Monday to Sunday at the most varied hours. And, today, I have a total of 32.
On the other hand, on the philosophical side, I conduct research associated with gender theories and power relations, with Michel Foucault and Judith Butler as references.
From here, I make different consultations to students who are complicated with one or another topic. For example, last year I was hired by a fifth-year law student, She needed guidance in legal philosophy and legal dogmatics. We enjoyed the instances of learning and, within 10% of students who approved the test, it was the highest grade.
Because of this, I can't talk about my work in the future. I have been teaching piano for 14 years and I have been doing advice for 5 years. And I´m the happiest working. Really happy.
